Care Notes: The Radiata Lionfish is a striking species native to the Indo-Pacific, known for its long, flowing fin rays and red and white striped body. It prefers dimly lit tanks with plenty of caves and overhangs for shelter. This species is solitary and peaceful with larger tankmates but will eat small fish and crustaceans. It feeds on meaty foods such as shrimp, silversides, and other marine flesh. Its venomous spines require careful handling. Can be put in with corals but no invertebrates are smaller fish that it could eat.
