Care Notes: The Antenna Lionfish is a visually striking species native to the Indo-Pacific, easily recognized by its tall, feather-like pectoral fins and reddish-brown vertical stripes. It prefers aquariums with low light and plenty of caves or overhangs for daytime shelter. This species is generally peaceful but will eat small fish and invertebrates. It feeds on meaty foods such as shrimp, silversides, and marine flesh. Like all lionfish, it has venomous spines and should be handled with care. It can be kept with coral but not with crabs, shrimp, or small fish.
