Care Notes: The Eye Spot Goby is a peaceful, bottom-dwelling fish native to the Indo-Pacific. It has a pale body with distinctive large black spots resembling eyes on its sides. This species prefers reef tanks with deep sandy substrates for burrowing and plenty of live rock for shelter. It feeds on small meaty foods such as mysis shrimp and brine shrimp. Known for its shy nature, it benefits from a peaceful environment and plenty of hiding spots. A secure lid is recommended as it can jump. Best kept singly or in pairs.
