Coral Reef Aquatics aims to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. We use Royal Mail, UPS and DX for our orders in the UK.

Saturday delivery available at extra charge

*Please email or phone to double check the item you are looking for is available for next day delivery or Saturday delivery is available as although we try our best to keep the website stock up to date it is not always possible.

Please note: If a product is not in stock, we will dispatch as soon as it comes into stock this usually is no longer then a week.

Perishable goods:

it is your responsibility to make sure you are there for delivery. Refunds will not be fulfilled if you miss the delivery as tracking information will be given. Please add in comments if you prefer a day that suits you

Frozen food delivery is £9.95 and comes by 1pm next day

Plants at the moment will be sent out Wednesday for Thursday and Thursday for Fridays

At the moment Plants will shown as in stock, they might not be in until Wednesday or the Friday but allows pre-ordering

Live Fish

Live Fish deliveries are available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and Saturday at standard Price of £19.95,(this can be found in the drop down menu)

*if you do not select fish delivery or Saturday delivery we reserve the right to cancel the order until payment for delivery is full filled (obvious this does not include free delivery )

please put in comments what day you would like the fish and will email you confirming that date.

Fish are delivered between 6am and 1:30pm It is your responsibility to assure you will be there for delivery and sign for the fish. Due to issues outside of the delivery control ie accidents, bad weather etc, please be available for the whole day. Changing delivery day with DX will result in no guarantees and no refunds will be given.

DOAs Pictures of any Doas must be sent to info@coralreefaquatics.co.uk with in 2 hour and show the bag not open and a clear picture. Doas will refunded but delivery charges will not be.

You can email/message us on insta or facebook for advise on what fish you would like to put together but is your own responsibility on what fish you put together. Please make sure fish are acclimatise the fish properly. we do not guarantee existing stock and recommend fish are kept separate from existing stock until you are happy with them. We recommend nitrates between 5 and 20ppm on a liquid test and not dip test as they are not as accurate.

Pictures and videos can be asked for, either by whatsapp 07391178744 or by messenger for facebook and instagram.

All fish a sent in appropriate bags with oxygen , and are in temperature controlled boxes and when need extra heating/insulation when needed.

Bulky/Heavy items

Be prepare to have to have curb side delivery this means to the main door, or kerb side for an aquarium

Aquariums and heavy/bulky objects will have a surcharge added to them.

Heavy and bulky objects up to 25kg surcharge is £10

This includes gravel, rock and wood and salt

Small Aquariums are sent by courier and have £10 surcharge

Large Aquariums will go by pallet and have a £40 surcharge.*unless states free delivery

***Free Deliveries only available to mainland uk does not include highlands, or remote areas where couriers charge a surcharge, In these cases the surcharge will be extra please ring or email the store and we will find out the surcharge price. charge.

Aquariums must be checked before signing for them, signing unchecked will not be valid. If the aquarium is damaged it must be signed for as damage and photos emailed to ourselves as soon as possible. Failure to do this will void any claim for a replacement aquarium. Please do not refuse the delivery this cost extra money, and we can sort quicker without waiting for order to be returned.

Large Aquariums will be delivered by pallet and will ONLY be drop at the door of the delivery address and not brought in.

Lead time for Aquariums can be up to 1 week for delivery, we can work round customers suitability for delivery Monday to Friday and will email to make arrangements. Customers are more then welcome to phone or email before purchase to find out an estimated time
