Kissers can be quarrelsome with other fish so best to keep in a med to large fish in a community tank. They come from slow moving vegetation areas so can tolerate different ranges of conditions but the natural colour “green” is more hardy the mutation colour of pink.
It is not possible to sex Kisser until their tubes are down for breeding
Feeding They like a wide range of food including flake, pellet and frozen, good things to give plentiful to them in their diet is brine shrimp, tubifex and spirulina in any form eg. live, freeze dried or frozen. Try brine shrimp and spirulina frozen to incorporate 2 ingredients together
