Care Notes: The Fat Head Anthias is a deep-bodied species with a vibrant orange-pink coloration and yellow highlights. Native to deeper reef zones in the Pacific, it prefers subdued lighting and a peaceful environment. This anthias is often shy and does best when provided with plenty of caves or ledges to retreat into. It should be fed small meaty foods such as mysis shrimp or enriched brine shrimp multiple times daily. Best kept singly or as a female group with one male in larger systems.
