Care Notes: The Court Jester Goby is a peaceful, bottom-dwelling fish native to the Western Pacific, including regions such as Australia, Indonesia, and Fiji. It features a greenish-tan body with bright orange horizontal stripes and black ocellus spots on its dorsal fin. This species thrives in well-established reef aquariums with fine sand substrates and ample live rock for shelter. It feeds on small meaty foods such as mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood. Known to be a jumper, a secure lid is essential. Best kept singly or as a bonded pair; multiple individuals may be kept in larger tanks with sufficient territory.
